WR-USB - Load weighing sensor

  • INDIVIDUAL ELEVATOR WIRE ROPE SYSTEM

    The WR-USB individual wire rope sensor provides an easy and precise solution for controlling the load in traction lifts.

    When used with the MWR-8 control unit, it becomes the perfect solution for installations in which it is necessary to monitor the balance of the rope tension, or where there is extremely limited headroom.

WIRE ROPES SYSTEMS

In our range of designs we have four types of sensors which are mounted onto the wire ropes.

These sensors measure the tension in the wire rope and, according to the requirements of the customer, the following options are available:

All of these solutions have the advantage of automatic calibration through the diameter of the wire rope. It is, therefore, unnecessary to use test weights to perform the calibration, although calibration using test weights is also an option for the installer.

LMC - Load weighing sensor

  • UNIVERSAL ELEVATOR WIRE ROPE SYSTEM

    The LMC wire rope sensor provides an easy and precise solution for controlling the load in traction lifts with all types of roping (1:1, 2:1 & 4:1).

    Its quick and easy installation (only 5 mins.) with separate control unit and automatic calibration make it the perfect solution for both modernizations and new installations with complicated dimensions.

    It is recommended to use this type of sensor when a signal is required by the lift controller to control rollback.

ILC3 - Load weighing sensor
